I spent over a decade as a physical therapist and clinic director watching technology promise to improve care but often get in the way instead. Providers were overwhelmed. Tools were clunky. And the people who built them rarely spent enough time with the end user to understand why.
That experience inspired me. I transitioned into the tech startup world to guide product development, customer success, and process improvement because I wanted to be the person who closes that gap, sitting between the teams that build technology and the customers who depend on it every day.
My mission is to make complex technology feel simple, intuitive, and genuinely useful at scale. Not just functional. Remarkable. I bring that same commitment whether I'm owning a 0-to-1 product launch, designing automation that saves thousands of hours of manual work, or driving adoption across organizations of every size. If the customer still has to think too hard, the job isn't done.
At Prediction Health, I put that mission into practice as a product manager and customer success leader, guiding growth from 20 to 200+ client organizations across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise while maintaining above 90% retention. I owned the full PM lifecycle for a React-based analytics and compliance platform, serving as the bridge between engineering and the people who used the product every day.
"To bring my unique combination of technical depth and human-centered thinking to an innovative team, building products that make complex technology invisible and improve everyday life for as many people as possible."
When I'm not building or shipping something, you'll find me in the Pacific Northwest, hiking mountains, surfing the Pacific, or exploring the range of adventures that make this corner of the country unique.
